here is a simple list of 7 things one must do to get retail right , what we term as 7 up retailing!


  • get the customer in , get your location right

  • get more per customers and track it

  • keep your costs down

  • get your mix right of high margins and low margin categories

  • insist on basic service delivery to consumers

  • don't hang on to inventory , liquidate at the best possible rates

  • make money !retail is not only abt high street visibility :)

Agree each one of the above is a big topic by itself !

It’s a Wow service available in India currently , can easily be scaled for  the world , if they crack the language barrier .
