The time spent on listening & finding useful actionables of a PPT / ( divide by ) time spent on making and correction ,rehearse the PPT = 20 % approx mostly ! why waste the balance 80 % time , shift to excel sheets or on word dockets , or have a working discussion with data or with relevant teams !!
