Which ever way  it is read and understood , its clear after some long personal experiences that , what matters  —most to succeed at work   , are  the following :: 

  • Ability to be positive and have  strong attitude against all odds 
  • abilities to  perform 
  • ability to take multiple failures and make a STRONG come back  
  • ability to take on Change of functions and locations                    
  • ability to learn a new trade or business fast 
  • Ability to stay neutral and away from office politics 
  • Ability to the do the "right things" against all odds again, as per rules !
  • Ability to stay relevant with new workways understanding 
  • Ability to execute and think 
  • Ability to have some luck and divine  help :)

Rest is all  “MAYA “bility  :) , including your degrees  ( useful only for the initial few jobs ) , thoughts welcome !!

Add to this .. always be and do things which help coworkers. Eventually all comes to help you or bite you. Even if not directly, it becomes your way of functioning which you may not be aware of. ..

It’s a Wow service available in India currently , can easily be scaled for  the world , if they crack the language barrier .
