Brands are using the power of AI to customise their communication , tools like Boomtrain , can send out customised emailers based on previous interactions that customers have had with the brand .
Online lingerie brand Adore Me in the US used Optimove's AI to segment their customer list and automated the segmentation process and sent customized content via email , sms in app , based on the recipients life cycle , Adore Me , saw a sharp increase in their ASP and recurring revenues
In India , there is a new setup with firsthive.com , trying to do the same on the AI front on omni channel marketing
The Way We Search is bound to Change ::
search has or is moving to voice soon with the press of a button , and Google Home , Apple Siri , Microsoft Cortana , Amazon Echo are building on this , you can now ask devices "where can i Go for shopping " instead of shopping nearby search which was typed earlier !!
Google is also using its Machine learning algorithm RankBrain to refine search results and give more details to the consumers , old keywords will get replaced with conversational keywords , topic clusters are going to be new buzz word .

you type in your query and the back end AI program takes over and answers your queries and also recommends to you , unless sometimes it gets stuck and human interference is needed !
